I love my tracking system, but where I am not a computer or technology kind of person, I had to play with it for a while to figure things out. But, once you learn it, wow! I would really recommend it to anyone.

This is a great unit. Sensitive and invaluable for a big running dog or in the grouse woods. Well made and the collar is hands down better than the previous one. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it would be nice to have the option to have it update more often than once every 5 seconds. For most dogs it is likely not an issue but for the big running, hard charging dogs they can be in a totally different place in 5 seconds.

Great unit! Wish the receiver was smaller and the refresh time was faster. Long running dogs can change direction fast. As technology changes, I am sure this unit will become better and smaller. The possiblity of a combined tracking and e-caller could change the whole technology. I would recommmend anyone interested in tracking consider this unit as top of the line today.

THis is a good product that could be great one if Garmin can reduce the size and weight of the collar. Other than the collar weight the product gets 5 stars.

This was purchased on behalf of a friend with no internet access. He has been a happy hunter ever since.
